hey Cobalt, hey Nova, hey Star! arab's still sick so im gonna take care of ya again. and she said that since i dont have a horse to ride yet i can ride you guys a little bit! ;D Cobalt: hey Cobalt! i take him out of the stall and brush him and saddle him up. then i take him into the arena and mount. *sigh* it feels good to be on a horse again!!!!! even if i am riding english! lol, i warm him up with a couple laps around the arena at the walk and thn trot. then i push him into a lope (oops, i guess its 'canter' in english! ;D) and we do some figure eights. he's so smooth! and powerful! wow! lol, then he tries to break away but i get him under control again. then i set up a few small jusmps, since im not exactly the worlds greatest jumper, lol. i take him over the jumps a few times, he jumps way higher than the jumps, obviously annoyed i made them so small then we canter a few more laps around the arena and practice turns and stuff. then i dismount and put away the jumps and take him back into the barn. i tie him on the cross ties and loosen the cinch, then i clean out his stall, fill his water and haybag, and then get him some grain. i let him have a small drink and then untack him. then i give him another small drink and brush him to get rid of the sweat (not that is was a very long workout, lol) then i let him back in the stall and put away the tack and brushes. thanks for the ride Cobalt. Nova: hey Nova, arab said i could ride you too. i take Nova out and brush him. then i tack him up and lead himout in the arena to mount. we warm up with some laps around the arena and then try some dressage moves. then we canter along and do zig zags and turns and stuff. then i set out some more small jumps. we jumps them a couple times and he does them in perfect form. wow, good boy Nova! then we do some more laps around the arena and try the jumps in different paterns. then we trot a couple times around the arena and i put away the jumps and lead him back to the barn. i tie him on the cross ties and loosen his cinch. then i give him a small sip of water and clean out his stall. i fill his water bucket with fresh water and fill his haybag. then i let him have another sip and then go get his grain. then i untack him and brush all the sweat off. then i lead him back in his stall. thanks for the ride boy! you were really good! Star: hey Star, arab said not to ride you since youre in training, i lead her out of her stall and out into the pasture since i cant ride her. then i go back and clean her stall and fill her water and haybag. then i get her grain. then i go out and stand along the fence and watch her for a while. when it seems like she's gotten most of her energy out and has had a chance to graze for a little while i bring her back in and tie her on the cross ties. i brush her and then put her back in her stall. thanks for being good! bye

I'm driving home in my F-350 after finally getting Memory in the trailer. I pull in the barn driveway and stop the truck and get out. I go in the barn and put Memory in the other side of the barn and Victory by the other horses. Memory starts going crazy and so does Victory. I sigh and go and get Memory's little friend that also has to be weaned and I figured it would be easier for everyone. I put the other horse in the stall next to memory and they start sniffing noses. I clean out all their stalls and give them their food and water. I go to memory's stall and give her a little bit of grain since I know she had been sampling on her mom's grain. I also give her some sweetened water and walk out.

Hi Memory! I peek in her stall. You look pretty depressed. You haven't eaten anything! I come in and grab her bucket and sit in the corner. She walks over and I offer her some grain. Maybe this is too hard for you. I dump her grain back in and get a softer pellet feed (with added sweetness). I offer it to her and she starts eating it. Good girl! I hang up her bucket and she hasn't drank any. I dip my finger in her water and stick it in her mouth. She likes it and drinks some out of her bucket. I let her continiue eating then I introduce some hay. She eats a tiny bit of it and I check up on her friend. She's eating and stuff. I walk out of her stall and I bring out Victory and dust off my western saddle and tack her up. You remember this don't you? I warm her up a bit then I do all of her western activities. You do remember! We just gotta brush up a bit! I work her for about a half an hour and then I brush her off and put Victory and Star in the same pasture. Yay no fighting! I bring them in later and put their inside blankets on. Bye everyone see you tommorrow!

Memory: Hey how's my baby? I look in her stall you ate your feed and hay and drank some water! Good girl! I walk in and slip a halter over her nose and clip a lead on and lead her in the arena. I do some work with her and lead her in circles to get her the idea of lunging. Then I lead her back in the aisle and tie her up and brush her really good. You are such a unique color! I try to pick up her feet again and she does great! I'm surprised you picked them up! I give her a check over and she seems fine. I brush out her little mane and tail and lead her back in her stall and slip the halter off.
Victory: Hey how's my girl? I look in her stall you need your feet done! I bring her out and brush her really good and lead her around in the arena for a bit. Then I bring her back in the aisle and put her back in her stall.
Cobalt: Hey boy you like Victory back don't you! I bring him out and brush him and put on my bareback pad and bridle on him. I mount up and warm up and do a work out in the arena. I only do a little bit since I still have the flu. I ride him back to the barn and pat him it is really fun riding a stallion! I do some very small jumps and then I untack him and put him in his stall.
Star: Hey Star how are ya! I bring her out and brush her and put my tack on her and mount up fast. She isn't used to me so we take a spin around the arena. I finally get control and walk her around for a bit and she starts getting steering down pat. I just keep walking and I kick her a little and she spurts into a canter. Whoa too fast. I pull back on the reins and she starts doing a trot. Cmon you can do better then that! She starts streching out a little more. That's how you trot! I get off her and untack her and put her in her stall.
Nova: Hey boy! I hug him and tie him in the aisle. I brush him and put my tack on him and warm him up in the arena and jump him and do dressage so he is used to being worked. I do a little of everything then I get off and untack him and lead him out in his pasture.
I put the rest of the horses in their pastures with Star and Victory in the same one. I lead Memory out the other door so she doesn't see her mom. She's accompanied by Nova. She sticks her nose through the fence and nickers at him. I hope he doesn't charge the fence! She grazes a little bit and runs around but she knows it's funner to run with her mom. I go in and clean out all their stalls and put hay in their haybags and put their feed in their buckets (and memory's special feed). I give Victory and Memory a Likit and then go and see how the horses are doing. After an hour I bring in Memory since she's all alone now. I put her in her stall and she starts munching on her feed. 4 hours later I bring in the other horses and switch their blankets. Ok you're all happy now right? I make sure all their doors are locked bye horses see you tommorrow!

Memory: Hey baby! How are you! I peek in her stall, you ate all your stuff! Good girl! Since it's cold out today I'm gonna keep you in. I slip on her halter and lead and lead her into the arena and work on lunging again. You're gettin the hang of it. I lead her back and tie her up and brush her out really good and put her stable blanket back on since she's shivering again. Is it really that cold? I run and get her turnout sheet and put it over her blanket. There that should keep you a bit warmer! Bye girl i'll come back when i'm done with the others!
Nova: Hey beautiful! I bring out the beautiful arab and tie him in the crossties and brush his beautiful coat. You just can't wait till you shed your winter coat to show of can't ya! I laugh and go grab my tack. We won't ride much today since it's cold out. I slip on my english and warm up the bit in my hand and slip it in his mouth. I lead him to the arena and mount and warm him up a bit. Then I do some 5 foot jumps and do some cross country. Then I do dressage again and do quite a workout with that. You are so good at this! I do dressage for a few more minutes then get off and untack him and brush him and put him in his stall.
Cobalt: Hey boy! How are ya! I bring him out and brush him and tack him up and ride into the arena and warm him up a bit and do show jumping. I do his series and do the last jump several times. I think you're ready to show! I think you need to brush up on your other things first though. I tighten the reins and trot him around the arena. I'm gonna try you western. I take off my english and put my western on him and let him get used to the heavier saddle. Then I get on and get him used to not as much contact. Then I start him at trotting and let him do more of "his trot". Then I push him into a canter and then slow him down the littlist (lol) bit so he's doing it more sloppier lol. I dismount and take my tack off of him and let him out in the arena with my dog. I've heard of this before so i'm gonna try it with you. The dog starts running around and Cobalt starts running after him. The dog of course pivots away from him. You'll learn reining and roping ways like this. I catch him and brush him up and put him back in his stall.
Star: Hey Star how are ya! I bring her out and brush her and tack her up and get on. I get her walking and then after a few minutes kick a little nad she starts trotting! GOOD GIRL! I trot her for a long time until she starts getting bored with it. I continue trotting and steering her. Then I pull back and she walks. I pull back again and she stops. GOOD GIRL!! You're getting the hang of this! I stop her work so she doesn't get confused and I untack her and brush her and put her in her stall.
Victory: Hey Victory! I bring her out and brush her. I bet you feel better after getting your hooves done! After brushing her I put my western saddle on her and ride her into the arena. I warm her up and run her drills. She's a little rusty but she'll get better. I spin her through poles, run her through barrels and rein her and do all the things she's capable of. I think i'm gonna buy a calf and start you in roping! You're gettin really good! I let her strech out as I leave out the rein and lay back. Once she's cooled off I untack her and brush her and put her winter turnout on her and let her in her and Star's pasture.
I put all of their winter turnouts on and let them all out in their pastures and Star with Victory. I don't let Memory out though. I clean all the stalls and put their feed and water and hay in their stalls and make sure they are warm enough and I go visit Memory. I tie her up outside her stall and clean her stall out and put her special feed and water and hay in her stall. Then I put her back in and make sure she's eating and drinking. I give her extra attention since she isn't going outside. I feel bad and put a blanket under her winter turnout and let her out in a lone pasture. I let her run her energy out for 15 minutes and I bring her back in. Sure enough she's shivering and I put her stable blanket on and turn on the Heat Lamp in her stall. 4 hours later I bring the rest of the horses in and they start eating. I make sure Memory eats all of her feed first. Bye horses see you tommorrow!

Hey horses! I don't really have a lot of time today. I let all of them out besides memory and clean all their stalls and put their feed and water and hay in them. I walk over to memory's stall and tie her up and clean her stall and put her feed, water and hay in it. I brush her up really good and make sure she's warm enough and put her back in. 4 hours later I bring the others in and put their stable blankets back on. Bye horses see you tommorrow!

Hey horses! I might get a new horse! YAYYY *throws confetti* Memory: Hey little girl! How are you! I walk into her stall and take her blanket off and put her halter and lead on and trot her into the arena. She does her springy little trot and I continiue trotting her in circles and stop in the middle. Suprisingly she keeps going around me. Good girl!! That's how! I pat her and get her to do it again. After a few attemps she goes in a circle. Once she is pooped out I put her back in her stall but not with her blanket on so she can cool off a bit. Cobalt: Hey how's my boy!!! Good I hope! I bring him out and he's full of it today. Hey settle down! I brush him and tack him up and warm him up in the arena. Then I do his daily routine of jumps in XX, hunter, and show jumping. I do his series and he settles down a bit. Once i'm done with him I untack him and he starts rearing and stuff. I slip a stud chain through his halter and start leading him around the arena. He starts acting up and I slap down on the lead and he stops. After a few times around I take off his halter and put him back in his stall. Nova: Hey how's my other boy! I take him out and brush him and tack him up. I hop on him and warm him up in the arena. I jump the same courses I did with Cobalt and then I ride him to the dressage arena. I do a very difficult routine and he doesn't mess up! GOOD BOY!! I pat him vigorously on the neck and let him cool off a bit. Then I ride him back down to the barn and brush him off and put him back into his stall. Star: Hey Star! I bring her out and tack her up and get on and start walking her around the arena. I ask for a trot and she goes without hesitation! Good girl! I trot for a long time and then kick again and she starts doing a very nice canter and slows down again. Noo that was a perfect canter and I ask for it again. She canters but is on the wrong lead. Uggh I guess I gotta teach you leads. I get off and put her saddle and bridle away and go grab a lunge line. After she isn't as worked out I canter her in 1 direction and she's on the wrong lead again. I touch her inside leg with the whip so she is more hesitant to land on that leg first and she does! Good Girl!!!! I keep doing that and she keeps on the right lead. Then I switch directions and she is on the wrong lead. I touch her inside leg with the whip and she moves into the right lead. I do this for awhile and then pull her to a stop and give her a treat and pet her neck. Then I brush her off and put her in her stall. Victory: Hey Victory! I think I might sell you I really don't want to but if I get another horse it's just a lot for me. Unless you guys don't mind getting ridden not every day. I bring her out and brush her and put my western tack on her and warm her up. Then I spin her through barrels and she does great! I do poles and salons and shd does such an excellent job! WOW If I do sell you it will be for a mighty price! I pat her neck and do some of them again until she starts sweating. I cool her down and brush her off and let her out in the pasture with Star in their turnout blankets. I let all the rest of the horses out in their pastures with their turnouts on and put Memory's outside turnout on and lead her to her pasture next to Cobalts. She nickers and rears and goes bolting off and gallops along the fence line. I laugh and go inside and clean their stalls and buckets and fill them with fresh water and I put their grain in their buckets and some special feed for Memory. I make sure they have enough Likit on their Likits and then go in the break room. An hour later the temp has dropped quite a bit and I go bring freezing Memory in. You look like a popcicle! I put her stable blanket on and warm her up a bit and turn her heat lamp on and put her in her stall. 4 hours later I bring the rest of the horses in and switch their blankets and put them in their stalls. Bye horses i'll see you tommorrow!

OH MY GOSH I am so sorry I didn't come earlier! I almost forgot! I let all the horses out in their pastures and make sure Mem is warm enough. I clean out all their stalls and buckets and fill them with fresh water and their feed. Then I put their hay in their hay bags. After making sure everything is spik and span I go take a nap for 4 hours. I wake up and bring the horses in and switch their blankets and make sure Mem's heat lamp is working and put them in their stalls. I'm sorry I didn't get to spend time with you today I'll see you tommorrow!

[glow=teal,2,300]Victory[/glow]: Hey girl I think you'll be the one i'll excersize today. I bring her out and brush her and put my western on her and get on and warm her up a bit and then do all her western things that she knows how. You gotta get in shape for the show's you're gonna run! I run her through her things for about an hour. Wow you're really sweaty and you haven't had a bath since, well ever! Lol I untack her and give her a nice bath and shampoo her coat and condition it and do the same with her mane and tail. I dry her off really good and put her in her stall with a light sheet. Well girl i'll switch your blankets when you go outside. I grab all the horses' blankets and throw them in the wash.
[glow=pink,2,300]Cobalt[/glow]: Hey Cobalt! I'm having a new schedule from now on. It was Victory's day today so tomorrow it will be someone elses day! I'll excersize you today but not a lot. I bring him out and brush him and put my english on him and warm him up a bit. Then I just excersize him in the arena for quite awhile. Then I take him over some smaller jumps. I then untack him and brush him off and put him back in his stall.
[glow=orange,2,300]Nova[/glow]: Hey boy how are you! I bring him out and brush him and put my english on him. I warm him up in the arena and excersize him a bit. I do a little dressage and do some small jumps. Then I untack him and brush him off and put him back in his stall.
[glow=purple,2,300]Star[/glow]: Hey Star! I bring her out and tack her up and get on her quick. I walk for a bit then trot and try to keep her in line with steering. Then I get off and untack her and grab a lunge line and start cantering her and she's getting the hang of leads though I did correct her but not as many times as last time. Good girl you're getting better! I give her a treat and put her back in her stall.
[glow=blue,2,300]Memory[/glow]: Hey little girl! I bring her out and brush her really good and put a lunge line on her and lunge her for quite a bit. She does that cute little bouncy trot and that loong smooth canter. You've got the longest legs! Even though she's on the wrong lead I let it pass. I pet her on the back and give her a treat. I take the sheets out of the dryer and put her winter turnout and let her out in her pasture.
I put the outside blankets on all the horses and let them out in their pastures. I go inside and clean out their stalls and wash their buckets out. I go get feed ready and dump it in their buckets. I fill the water buckets with water and put hay in the haybags. I go lounge in the break room for an hour and go bring Memory in. Poor girl were you getting cold! I turn on the heat lamp in her stall and put her stable blanket on and put her inside. 4 hours later I bring the others in and switch their blankets and put them in their stalls. I might take one of you for a ride with peppy tonight! So be prepared if I come in later! Bye horses!

An hour later I go bring little Memory in and switch her blanket to her stable one and pat her and put her in her stall and drop a kiss on her nose (whoops I dropped it!! ;D ) 4 hours later I bring all the others in and switch their blankets. Nova: Hey Nova! You're gonna be the one rode today. I lead him out and brush him and tack him up and warm him up in the arena. I ride him into the outdoor arena and do his series of jumps raising the last jump up about 2 inches. Wow 7'2! You're gettin really good! I do more jumps of that height and do hunter and cross country at the same level. Then I do a new dressage maneuver and run him through a difficult dressage course. You did great today Nova!! I ride him back down to the barn and untack him and brush him off and put him back in his stall.
Victory: Hey girl how are ya! I lead her out and brush her and clip a lunge line to her halter. I lead her out in the arena and warm her up at a walk and a trot. Once she's done warming up I grab the whip and do a walk and a trot then move her into a slow lope and urging her faster with every stride. Once she's going pretty fast (and I almost fall over from dizziness ;D) I stick the whip right in front of her and she skids. Good Girl!!!!! You're pretty good at that huh?! I then lead her back and brush her and put her in her stall.
Cobalt: Hey boy! You don't need very much excersize since you're goin on that trail ride with Mes. I bring him out and brush him and clip a lunge line to his halter and lead him out to the arena. I only lunge him for about 5 minutes. I bring him back and brush him and put him in his stall.
Star: Hey girl!! I bring her out and put an english saddle on her and hop on her and warm her up at a walk and trot and she does pretty good with steering. I lunge her at a canter and make sure she's doing the right leads. She does pretty good and I give her a treat and lead her back and brush her and put her in her stall.
Memory: Hey little girl! I bring her out and brush her and clip a lunge line to her halter. I lead her out in the arena and walk her for a bit, then trot. I get her cantering and she's on the wrong lead again. I tap her side with the whip and she sort of "trips" and gets in the right lead. GOOD GIRL! I pat her really good and then switch directions and do the same thing. I'm glad you're gettin good at cantering!! Then I put her turnout on and let her out in her pasture.
I switch all their blankets and let them out in their pastures. I run inside and clean out all their stalls and buckets. I fill their feed buckets with their feed and add a small amount of remedies to Memory's feed. I fill up their water buckets with fresh water and put hay in their haybags. I go rest for an hour and bring Mem in and put her stable blanket on and put her in her stall. Four hours later I bring the others in and switch their blankets and put them in their stalls. Bye horses i'll see you tomorrow!

Star: Hey Star! You're the one i'm gonna excersize today! I slip on her halter and lead her out into the cross ties. I brush her off really good and put my english saddle and bridle on. I quickly hop on her and warm her up at a walk and making sure she's obeying her commands. Then I start trotting and get her towards the wall. I keep pulling at her until she finally goes. Then after 20 minutes of that I hop off and run and get a lunge line. I clip it on her bridle and start cantering her counterclock wise. She amazingly is on the right lead. I slow her down and speed her up a couple times and stop her and get her going again and she stays on the right lead. I switch directions and push her inside shoulder and she changes. I do the same as I did in the other direction but I keep having to remind her to be on the right lead. I unclip the lunge line and give her a treat and take off the tack and brush her off and put her back in her stall.
Cobalt: Hey boy! You're still going on that trail ride so you don't need much! I brush him off and he's shinning! I switch the halter for a canvasson and clip a lead line to it. I lead him out into the arena and lunge him at a walk and trot for 5 minutes. Then I canter him for a few minutes. Then I switch directions and do the same thing. I pat his neck and give him a treat and keep patting him I brush him back off and take the canvasson off and put him back in his stall.
Nova: Hey Nova! I bring him out and he's prancy today! I brush him off really good and he's shinning too! Well it's going to be Spring soon so I imagine why! I put a canvasson on him and lead him out into the arena. I walk him and trot him for 5 minutes and I ask him for a collected canter trying to do it with the whip and it works! YAY! Then I try to shift him into an extended and that works too! He looks so graceful when he moves that I just had to take a picture. Then I switch directions and do the same things. Then I lead him back and brush him off and put him back in his stall.
Victory: Hey Victory! I lead her out and brush her coat. I put the canvasson on her and lead her out into the arena. I walk and trot her for 5 and then move her into a lope. Then when she's warmed up a bit I keep her going faster until she's galloping pretty fast. Then I stick the whip out in front of her and she skids (like a reiner!). Good girl Victory!!! I do the same in the other direction. Then I lead her back, brush her off and put her back in her stall.
Memory: Hey girl! I bring her out and brush her off. I sigh contemplating on which horse to get rid of. I only want to raise arabians but I don't know which one to get rid of! I don't want to get rid of you because I've had you since you were born. I don't wanna sell Cobalt because I helped him heal, and I don't want to sell Victory because she has cute little foals. Like you! She nickers and throws her head. I laugh and adjust the canvasson to her size and lead her out into the arena. I lunge her at a walk and trot for a little bit then I canter her and try to get her on the right lead. I still can't tell if you are going to be western (like your mom) or english (like your dad). Things are so confusing. After I'm done I brush her off and put her outside blanket on and let her out in the pasture.
I put the other horses' outside blankets on and turn them out in their pastures. I clean out all their stalls and buckets and run and get their feed and dump it in their feed buckets. I fill their water buckets with fresh water and put hay in their haybags and go do stuff in the break room. An hour later Memory is whinnying and rearing at the gate. I run out there with her halter and slip it on her and lead her back inside. I switch her blanket to her stable blanket and put her in her stall. 4 hours later I bring the others in and switch their blankets and put them in their stalls. Bye horses i'll see you tomorrow!
